As on a last years,thanks for techno logic producing for agro-industry manufacture containing in vegetables and fruits is very shortening. And next problem is in right keeping,as all vitamins are not stable and fast destroying after harvest preparing as filling theirs in fruits having on a last days ripping , and modern industry built,that fruits preparing before theirs ending ripping.And today these needing for us sources of life in fruits, and in juices are less,than 50 y.ago,as today vitamin C in natural apple juice just 2 mg in 100 ml. of juice , and getting daily portion for vitamin as 60 mg his drink are 15 glasses within a day.
And vitamins are not stable,that destroying in touching by knife s metal, thus cookers in restaurants using are plastic knifes and vitamin C destroying in 5 min ,since we are washing and cutting raw vegetables and fruits. And in tomatoes, peppers as less on ten percent , green onion 25 perc, cucumbers 50 perc.
