As in zoz was published posts by Professor Kovalkov about a walk benefit, and effects,than in run,am agree with him and am sure walk is better.
As one day am walked with my relative, he realy fast walk, as this was been a lunch pause,we are talked, and also fast walked, and in 7 min am felt discomfort,and checked for the close walkers. He felt good, his step was short, fast,easy, and feet over rolled from a feet till toe, looking,like he felt a road,like swim, and to this time am understood am felt hard to walk faster and could not have time for him,and heart beating faster till rolling to my throat. Am returned to my work, he visited center for business.As in my cabinet am lied on sofa and hard breathed returned till a normal condition. Am wondered why he is steps easy, am tried repeated, but felt dyspnoe,am tried repeated again as with short steps ,as a few girls are walking right, legs are loading, knees are not bending, pulled belly, walk faster and not a faster, but enough, a step is easy, and bad steps are removing. Am felt bettter, on my 70 y.old dyspnoe left me, breathe in nose with and breath out with mouth he shared,am never knew this. As on begin will be a hard, but steps and walk are very benefit, begin to walk at your apartment, after in yard, till market, bus stopping, learn, this is never late,and add easy exercises for spine, hands,head, and you are feeling that health in your hands.
