Chop berries, press juice, add sugar, as 1.25 glass of sugar is glass of juice.Chop with spoon, till sugar diluting.Receiving mass add in glass dish, close pergament sheet, or foil, wrap. And dish is must to be a clean and dry.
Jelly of red currant.
Squeeze berry juice, dilute sugar in boiling water, add syrup in juice, add swollen in water gelatin, lead mass till boiling, add lemon acid.Filter jelly and add in vases cold.
4 portions are 60 gr of currant, 60 gr of sugar, 12 gr of gelatine, 0.4 gr of lemon acid, 2 glasses of water.
Sun jelly.
Ripe currant one kg or strawberry or raspberry 500 gr select, wash, clean, and rub through sieve.Cook of water and sugar syryp as on 400 gr a sugar and 50 gr of water.And on every glass rubbing berry puree use 1.5 glass of sugar syrup.And in syrup cooled add mixing a berry puree, mix, add in jars as till a more bigger,as jelly is stronger hardening. And put on the sun for 6 days,close jars with gauze. And close jars with a following methods,as a cut circle of sheet, wet vodka, put on the jelly and a top wrap a pergament sheet, cold into to keep, but not on the frost.
