Am often cooking her in oven, coking salads, jellied fish, and she is good matching with vegetables,as for a keeping more vitamins am baking her with a vegetables.Very taste and beautiful am receiving a stuffing of halves peppers as in baking in red vegetables rising a quality for licopen as anti oxidant effect of salmon rising by pepper and tomatoes.
