Wash carrot,clean, shred in plate, shake egg and add salt, and sugar, and mixing , adding 1/2 glass of flour, and infuse 20 minutes, for carrot secreting a juice, form cutlets and roll in rusks and fry in sunflower oil, stew in lid and serve with fromage.
Salad with carrot and celery.
Bunch of leafs salad wash, dry, with hand cut are big pieces, 2 carrots and 1/2 root of celery shred, add pinch of sugar, mixing,and dressing in vegetable oil, and juice of lemon.
Carrot sauce.
In pot melt piece of butter oil, add carrot, as cubes on chopped and stew til yellow kind. Add glass of creams are on 6 carrots, add one tea.sp. of honey, salt, pepper. Stew till a ready is on the weak fire under lid. 3/4 of stewed carrot add in blender with broth, chop till one kind, and add in pot with carrot. Lead till boiling, adding are 2 pinches of nutmeg.
