2.Lie on the spine, bended legs, breathe in deeply, and with force press one knee to an other,delay this pose for 6 sec, and slowly breathe out,free put a knee to the sides,repeat are ten times.
3. Stay, legs are in sides,deeply breathe in, stretch hands behind head, load muscles all body and legs, delay pose for 6 sec, after slowly breathe out, relaxing all muscles. Hands are down, chin is on the breast, knees bending, shoulders down. And for the relaxing muscles of the legs ,slightly jump on the place, repeat are ten times.
4..Stay, legs are in sides on the shoulders width, hands are on the slightly bending knees, head not bend as a pose for fisher, breathe in deeply, load all muscles and delay in this pose on a few sec, after breathe out,put a top part of the body and head more lower. Delay this pose on a few sec, after doing a few one deep breathe in, rise a top body part,and again relaxing try to low are lower more her, till a back side of wrists will not a free lie on the floor,repeat are ten times.
