Today many of us and in young persons could not to incline and wash bath, rise a ball from a floor, or from the chair, and reason is poor flexing for vertebra, but in a limiting mobility in the hip joints are could not rise on the high step as in bus.
And later this problem leading to ortopedic diseases, and therefore joints and muscles needing training.And here are few exercises which are produce and support theirs mobility and preventing in theirs pathological processes.
And doing theirs till light tiredness ,rising slowly from the train to train are quantities for repeating and moves amplitude.
As for shin joint.
Sit is on floor, alternately bend and bend out legs in the shin joint.
Sit on the floor, stretched legs, every feet with doing are circle moves to the right and left.
As for knee.
Sit is on chair, alternately as more higher rise and bend legs in the knees.
Stay on the chair, alternately is more higher rise and bend legs in the knees.
Stay a face to chair, and support a leg in chair sit, doing as spring moves to the front.
As for vertebra.
Stay, hands behind head, doing spring inclines to the front and back.
As for ray wrist , elbow, shoulder joints.
Stay, legs to the side are, doing circle moves in one,and in other sides as in ray wrist joints,and after in elbow and in shoulder joints. Try to do these exercises as on the same time.
