One kg of beet, 3 carrots, 50 gr of dried mushrooms, onion, peel and juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 glass of fromage, 8 garlic s pieces, ten peas of black pepper, 3 bay leaf, 1/2 tea.sp. of red pepper, one tea.sp. of mint, one tea.sp. of salt.
Cutted beet, and carrot to cook with mushrooms in water, in boiling water remove mushrooms, shred, add in pan,salt, add onion, keep pan on the weak fire till water evaporate. Add black pepper, mint, peel, half of garlic, bay leaf, and keep on fire 4 minutes,after to mix an all.our over mass a lemon juice, infuse for 2 minutes, in fromage add garlic, pepper red, and received sauce pour over a dish, serve after meat dishes.

300 gr of fresh mushrooms, 3 tomatoes, 2 potatoes, onion, glass of salad dressing or mayonnaise, spicy sauce, salt.
Chop tomatoes, mushrooms and potato to cook and chop, as on pieces,to mix an all, add salad dressing,shredding onion, spicy sauce.
