80 gr.of dried mushrooms, 2 tbl.sp. of butter oil, onion, three potato's, glass of fromage, 2 yolks, one tbl.sp. oil for fry, rusks chopped, pepper, salt.
Wet mushrooms in the cold water for a few hours, and in this water to cook, filter, chop, and fry with onion on pan,add fromage, yolks, salt, pepper by taste. Add mushroom infusion, and chopped boiled potato, mix,add in form, sprinkle rusks, and on the top put pieces of butter oil, bake in oven till ready.
Mushrooms with a red pepper.

500 gr of mushrooms are chanterellas,suillus, lepiota, 2 tbl.sp. of butter oil, 1/2 onion, one tea.sp. of sweet red pepper, 1/2 glass of fromage, 2 tea.sp. of flour, salt.
Fry onion in oil, sprinkle red pepper, add salted chopped mushrooms.Stew 15 minutes, after add fromage, where mixed flour, till thickness sauce, and put dish in oven and bake to reddened a top, serve with rice, young potato, or dumplings.
