Are for three portions.

As for the pastry.

Wet mushrooms for a few hours in a water, salt, cook. When they are soft thus to filter broth and to thick with a flour.Onion and mushrooms to chop, fry in oil, add fromage. Sieve flour, add vinegar,water,salt, shaken egg, oil, cook pastry. Rolled pastry to cut are quadrant's, and add mushroom s filling in every quadratic, edges squeeze, forming triangles. Add in form, grease melted oil, bake in oven on 200 C, ready pieces serve to the mushroom broth, sprinkle a chopped green.
Soup of boletus with macaroni.
