Why hurts is navel?

Feeling aches and pulsating  near to navel, or slightly lower, as analgesics helping on the little time, again hurts, as to the evening aches are strong, am feeling that this is very serious, not stopping, externally are not changing, in hernia belly is protrusion, why navel hurts in male, on my 38 years am not thinking about a serious problems.
