Indian method.

This method helps cure hypertension, as iodine grease on the scheme for two times/year as on March and September.
Wet cotton stick in bottle with iodine on 5 percent, and draw a ring around a left wrist, as a spine grease for puncture from a shoulder till hip as not on the front, in one day doing one grease.Fist stage is first to ten march, rest are ten days, after repeat since 21 march to 30, second stage is first to 30 September, and we are success doing this curing as on my 75 y.old, sister is 79 y.old, and niece is on 49  y.old.
