Sit, relax, wear beads of diamond, concentrate, smooth breath in, through nose is breathe in, through mouth is breathe out, as in mind think about a current moving on the top and down is green ball, doing exercise for 2 times/day.

Apply on eyes are balls of calcite, doing ten minutes everyday on, this exercise helping in myopia, cataract, and vision improving.

Apply ball of calcite on the kidneys for 30 minutes, doing for 3 times/day, as in a day.
