As for sweating better, toxins removing am drinking not sweet of raspberry leaves tea, black currant, lime flowers, rub body with salt with honey or infusion of tea mushroom, and in 4 minutes go in sauna with broom, for three minutes warm on low shelf, as after rising on second and use broom stewing with.
Not apply creams at sauna, they are closing pores.
