Very good diet,am using her, as for breakfast eat salad of shredding carrot, oats, corn flakes with dressing of not fat milk, in three hours eating apple, or fresh cucumber, for lunch eat salad of vegetables in vegetable oil, eat with rye bread, as in two hours after lunch eat sweet Bulgarian pepper on 150 gr, as pepper improves heart work, as this diet is load on heart, for dinner eat salad of vegetables, not early to cook, vitamins are loosing, cook just right away and eat, dinner eat just before two hours to sleep.
