Step on place, for two steps is breathe in, for four are breathe out.
Inclines to the left, and right, with lowering hands for corpus along, in incline breathe in, return back is breathe out.

These exercise are many, these are breath restoring, oxygen filling, tone rising,am very enjoyed,as on my practise at home am doing self, and my wife also.
