We are talking in this issue about cardiovascular damages as atherosclerosis, hypertension, stenocardia, ishemia, infarctus, as life today is very fast and this is not for heart good, if heart is damage,thus other organs working bad, therefore preventing these are using right diet, where A doctor AND specialist for diet Mihail Gurvich shared with use such issue.
Diets are for heart.
Atherosclerosis.
As where arteries are bad, cholesterol raised, therefore you are lowering fats, are butter, beef, lard, and eating vegetable soups, milk, green salads, curd, fish and meat are eating for two times/week, eggs till 7 pieces/week.
Your daily ration.
1 st breakfast is curd Sweet mass, or omelet on 100 gr, milk manna porridge 100 gr, tea three parts,with milk one part, as 150 gr.
2 nd breakfast.
apple one.
Lunch as vegetarian milk soup 200 gr, boiled meat with vegetable garnish 150 gr, fruit-berry dessert 100 gr.
Afternoon snack as sugared rusks two tbl.sp, hibiscus drink 200 gr.
Dinner as boiled fish on 150 gr, stewed cabbage or porridge with fruits 100 gr, tea three parts, with milk one part as 200 gr.
For night as prunes 5 pieces.
For all day as millet bread 100 gr, rye 100 gr, sugar 35 gr.
