50 gr of sage add in 5 l. of hot water, infuse for three hours, add in bath, warm take as for ten minutes, whole are ten baths.

300 gr of dried mint adding in 5 l. of hot water, infuse for three hours, add in bath, use same in a day.

200 gr of salt for a full of water bath as low concentration, middle is of 2 kg, high of ten kg, warm take, for ten minutes, for ten baths.

100 gr of fir powder or 100 ml. of liquid mass adding in full bath, warm take, for same course.
