Wash an allium porrrum,white part shred,fry, add potato, add broth,and cook in the dish, closed a lid. Ptoat and allium cooked to rub through sieve. And white sauce to cook ,as in flour fried in oil to add broth, mixing all, adding potato and onion, cooking 20 minutes, removing a foam. After soup to rub through sieve, lead til boiling,and take off from a fire,add on the water bath.
Dress soup of white yolk, and milk, add salt, butter oil, mixing till one mass.Ad in plate a rubbed green, and same to cook of artichoke.
Wash carrot,clean,chop, to stew in broth and butter oil,closed, ready carrot to rub.Cook white sauce,as of soup puree potato,and for garnish in salted water to cook rice,after soup to cook,like of potato,and serve with boiled rice.
