Monday.
A first day nothing to eat,as for breakfast, lunch,dinner,and just drink a tea with jam ,rusks.
Tuesday.
Breakfast.
200 gr.of oats porridge in water , non oil, 150 gr of squash ,aubergine or, beet caviar, two rusks bread with 20 gr of jam, tea of cup.
Lunch.
100 gr.of salad of fresh carrrot, and nuts, 100 gr.shredded radish with sunflower oil, 250 gr of peas or kidney beans soup, 100 gr.vegetable ragout, 50 gr. saalted mushrooms, two baked apples with sugar.
Dinner. 200 gr.potato with onion, 50 gr.salted marinade cucumbers, tea cup with honey 50 gr.
Wednesday.
Breakfast. 200 gr.manna porridge in water with 50 gr of jam/raisin , prunes, nuts, 100 gr of pancakes of yeast flavorless pastry, cup of herbal flower tea.
Lunch. 200 gr.salad of beet,carrot, 100 gr.sauerkraut, 150 gr of buckwheat porridge with onion, glass of cranberrry kisel.
Thursday.
Breakfast.
200 gr. of millet porridge with pumkin, three fried bread, cup of tea.
Lunch.
150 gr of salad of fresh cabbage, 200 gr of meatless borsh, 100 gr of stewed mushrooms, glass of apple s compote.
Dinner.200 gr. of turnip s ragout, carrot, onion, 70 gr.of cowberry, rubbed with 50 gr of sugar, cup of tea.
Friday.
Breakfast.,Two potato s cutlets, cup of tea with 50 gr. of honey.
Lunch.50 gr of sugar of cabbage, apples, 250 gr.of mushroom soup, 150 gr of vegetable ragout, glass of cranberry water.
Dinner.
200 gr. of stewed cabbage ,100 gr. of pancakes with brands, tea of cup.
Saturday.
Breakfast .
200 gr. boiled vegetables ,150 gr.of buckwheat porridge, tea of cup.
Lunch .
150 gr.of salad of prunes and beet, 250 gr meatless soup, two carrot s cutlets with onion juice, 50 gr. of salted cucumbers, glass of berry compote, kisel.
Dinner.
150 gr. of stewed squashes, aubergines, pumpkin, 50 gr. of nuts/dried fruits/honey, tea of cup.
Sunday.
Breakfast.
200 gr. of vegetable caviar, cup of tea.
Lunch.
150 gr.of salad of fresh vegetables, 100 gr stewed turnip, 250 gr of vegetable soup with 5 rusks.
Dinner.
100 gr.pudding of manna, with raisins and honey.
