Wash beet,clean,shred, add salt, vinegar, tomato puree, sugar,fat, from broth taken, stew till ready. Shred carrot, petroselinum, onion, and fry in melted oil. In boiling broth adding shredded potato, lead till boiling, add stewed beet, fried roots, cook till ready. Before ending at 7 minutes to cooking add shredded leaves spinach, sorrel, or to put before in an own juice, dress green onion with white sauce/see soup puree of potato recipe/m and spices are bay leaves, pepper,and serve with meat pieces, fromage, and spring of dill green.
