Cold soup gazpacho with croutons.

Wash tomato, scald,clean, wash pepper,clean,chop,onion wash,clean,chop, and with garlic add in mixer, shake till one mass,salt,add juice. Wash cucumbers, clean,chop, and croutons cook of bread,like slightly to fry in oil.

Green peas of soup.
400 gr. of peas green, 500 gr.of leaf salad, carrot, petroselinum, garlic, dill, vegetable oil, 100 ml. of milk, pepper grinded white.
Cook vegetable broth of carrot,petroselum cleaned, leaf salad selects, wash,chop,in hot broth ads peas, onion shredded,leaves,salt, oil ads, milk, till a peas ready to cook a soup, shake in the blender till same mass.
