Onion s soup.
5 onions, 100 gr.of spreader cheese, 1/2 tea.sp. of sugar, 1/2 tea.sp. of salt, tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, two garlics, rusks.For vegetable broth are one l. of water, carrot, pepper, celery root,carrot, bay leaf.
Cook broth of washed vegetables,and cooked till softness with bay lead,salt,pepper,and filter. Clean onion, cut, and stew in the oil till transparent, adding in broth, cooks till 30 minutes on weak fire. Add spreader cheese, chopped, cook a few minutes, mixing till cheese diluting, salt,sweet.
Cucumber s cold soup.
Two cucumbers, dill bunch, tea.sp. of vegetable oil, two tea.sp. of lemon juice, 400 ml. of kefir, 30 gr.walnuts.
Wash cucumbers, cut, add kefir in juice, oil,and dill chopped,walnuts, cucumber,shakes till same kind, salt,pepper.
Nettle soup.
nettle bunch, four potatoes, pepper sweet, tomato, carrot, bunch dill of, petroselinum, two tbl.sp. of fromage.
Wash nettle, ads in hot water,filter,wash vegetables,clean,chop, add in water, cook. In 10 minutes ads chopped pepper, shredded tomato, cook 15 minutes, adding nettle, and serve with fromage.
