Curd Easter against disbacteriosis.

Take 20 percent fatness of dried curd, 200 gr. of  candied fruits, 3 eggs, 200 gr. of sugar rushed or powder, 100 ml. of creams 33 percent fatness, 100 gr. of butter oil, 10 gr. of vanilla sugar.
Wash eggs,shake, remove yolks from white eggs, add sugar in sugar,rub till white mass, add curd mass vanilla, and peels, add butter oil, rubbed in sugar yolks, creams, mix till one mass, add mass in the form on gauze layer, and ends of gauze covers a mass a top, and apply dish with stone, and for whey secretion add mass with form into pot, and cold into for the night, and in a morning form will turn out, and ready easter apply on plate, serve.
