Squash,carrot wash,cleans,shred, add in warmed oil, stew with chopped onion and tomato paste,salt,pepper,salt, mixing, close into lid to infuse.

Aubergine of.
Aubergine, carrot, onion, two tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, four tbl.sp. of tomato paste, salt,sugar.
Same cook,like before,stew till readiness mass.

Beet of.
Two beets, three tbl.sp. of vegetable oil.
Wash beet, cleans, shred, ads in hot oil, stew on weak fire till readiness, pepper,salt.
