Take 5 apples, 1/2 glass of sugar, 5 tbl.sp. flour, four tbl.sp.of manna, 2 eggs, three tbl.sp. of butter oil, pinch of vanilla, cinnamon, 1/6 tea.sp. soda.
Shake oil in sugar, wash egg, shake in oil, rub both, in sour milk ads soda, mix, add to egg mass, mix.Add manna, flour, mix till pastry, half pastry add in the form, smooth, apply shredded apples,sprinkle theirs with cinnamon, and vanilla. Cook in oven till 160C till golden crunch.
