After mass add in sieve, and filter, salt mass, add crushed pepper, mix, press with stone,till thickness and hardness. Infuse till 10 hours, after wrap in non wetted paper, and cold for two hours, after eat.

2 beets, for marinade is water , apple vinegar, salt, garlic, sugar, pink, paper fragrant.
