Allergy on the bites by insects.

In bites to allergy for children need to add first aid and call for doctor.

A check for bite place, if bee bite, thus remove sting from wound, so as a bag with poison keeping shortening and secreting poison for the long time .Care remove sting, that not squeeze bag with poison and not provokes escape poison in wound. Better use tweezer, and in the bite place enter sol. of adrenalin, that delaying process for spreading poison by all organism. Adrenaline entering on dosage 10 mkg/ kg /maximally by 0.3 mg. And delaying absorption process of poison and decreasing edema, apply to bite place a cold as packet with ice or cold. Intramuscularly doing injection of anti histamine as prednisolone. A prednisolone entering in dosage on 2 mg/kg by child s weight, but if bite having on extremity as on the leg or hand you can applt tightening noose, as removing blood flow and decreasing spreading poison by organism. And its care doing, if noose wrong applied, thus a causing problems with tissues feedings of extremities and leading to tissues necrosis. In light allergy displaying in bites by insects use locally remedies as calming effect with.Such are Fenistil gel, or other sprays, ointments with panthenol as panthenol spray, depanthenol,  panthenol plus and other. And importance for parents, that your children's having allergy on bites by insects, as holding at home a pharmacy ,where a holding few injections , adrenalin and prednisolon box in.
