 Long time am using laxative pills of senna, but recently heard, that is risk for complications  , would be a true?

In my hubby found eye cyst, doctor not shared about cure methods, sometimes her to cut and squeezing of cyst containing, would it true? Which methods are   still having, my hubby is fearing for surgery if will to prescribe.
