Thus,  infecting by corona is happening and result is fatal. A rheumatoid arthritis is serious  obstacle to vaccination, but you can lead to minimum risk of acuting autoimmune process, using after vaccination glucocorticosteroids as metipred on 12 mg for 2 times/day after breakfast, and after lunch , course are 1 week.At the same time pay attention on arterial pressure and if need rise dosage of hypotensive preparations.
