We are informed, that doctors a first are advising for patients avoiding bad habits, as a not smoking, just 1 glass on the holidays drinking, waking up on 5.00 am, and right away exercises doing in bed, am training on 20-25 min.And on the 5.30 am waking up from my bed and going for washing, a drinking 1 glass of water with honey, adding 0.5 glass of infusion crataegus, 3 tbl.sp. of hippophae juice. Remove t -shirt and doing water procedures till belt.After wearing clothes and on 6.00 am am going for walk, doing exercise and adding walks , usually on a morning am doing 3 000 steps, after going home, doing calming exercises, checking pressure arterial. A breakfast on 8.00 in me, after going for homework doing on the fresh air, lunch is on 14.00 pm. Before a dinner again walk, doing 3 000 steps. Dinner is on the 7.00 mp.After a dinner is reading, not watching TV a hearing loos not allowing, before sleep are steps on 1.5000 , sleeping going on 22.00-22.30 pm. Are steps calculating so, when a sized route on 250 steps, one circle are 500 steps, six circles are 3000 steps.
An exercises doing by following directions: vision, gout, facial nerve, antritis, prostate, joints, ostreochondrosis, radiculitis, arthrosis, arterial pressure, dried eczema. With a lot these diseases am coped, for a preventing theirs, am keeping doing exercises.A few problems are giving knowing about myself, but with them am feeling better, thus am not entering theirs is bouquet. So as my days passing, am not having a time to bore, on February I had 89 y.old.
