Keeping in thermos too warming, shaking before using, but on a morning you can mix in warm water infusion.
3 times/day use root powder 1 gr.
Fragrant asperula tea drink or tincture. 10 gr of herb add in 1 l. of water, infuse 15 min, filter, or 10 parts of wine add in 1 part of chopped herb, infuse on 15 C place for week, shaking , filter .
Valeriana tea use 2-3 glasses/day , for children give 1-2 glasses/day, powder valeriana use 1-3 gr/day .
Cardiectasia.
Spruce bark or young growths add in bath , take for ten min, warm.
Nettle 1 tbl.sp. of herb add in 1 l. of water, use 3 glasses/day.

A towel soaked in cold water can help get the heart going again very quickly. If the skin is cold, first apply a short hot compress, then a cold one, followed by rubbing. Be careful not to get cold.

Geum rivale in wine tincture is a good cure, or ten gr of herb add in 1 l. of water, boil, infuse 15 min, closed.
Mentha pip. oil or tincture use for 3 times/day till 15 drops , as ten parts of wine add 1 part of chopped herb, infuse in warm place on 15C, for week, shake, filter.
