Am dried herbs by summer are crataegus, fireweed, hibiscus, nettle, clover, chamomile, carrot top for soup. Cooking infusions, drinking for day much water.For sleep and incontinence urine drinking dill infusion, that he helps against many diseases. Enjoying spices, dried fruits, for memory is benefit walnut. Every morning drinking kefir with nuts, brands, ginger sometimes with, not using sugar, just in pastry add. In porridges apply dried fruits, its expensive, but by little is ability. After 18.00 nothing eating, maybe am thinking better with this healthy life mode.And in my village I'm enjoying gardening work, small bed flower having, on this am growing Melissa, mint, humulus are against insomnia.A not think as you are old, decrepit, fragility, angry, you are using healthy life mode as walking more, am using my art therapy, and believe 10 min at bed exercises, for computer sitting, before TV , staying for bus stop are giving good results!
