 1tbl.sp. of dried leafs black currant add in glass of boiled water, infuse 20 min, filter, use 1/2 glass for 4-5 times/day .

Horsetail field 2 tbl.sp. of dried herb add in glass of hot water, boil 15 min, filter, rinse nose.

Tilia are fruits ready on August-September  , grind  theirs, and use in tampons in nose enterings.
