Aloe tea and powder 1-2 tea/sp/day is in chronic hard stool, base cure.
Sorrel powder 1 tea.sp. is laxative.
Oats flour is laxative , light laxative , meal for children's.
Cleaned potato juice is laxative.
Gooseberries fresh juice or berries for 3-4 weeks on a summer eating on 200-300 gr, or juice drink diluted in water, and match for children's.
A sour berries is take care in high acidity!
Cow parsnip juice , use 1 part of young leafs, add 7–10 parts of water, boil a few min, infuse 30-40 min on warm oven, filter hot through linen fabric.
Barberry berries a laxative , use 10-15 gr of berries and add 1 l. of water boiled, infuse 15 min, closed, filter.

Black plums eat before meal, till 1/2 kg, drink plum juice.
Rhubarb infusion of leafs, for children on a 1 y.old laxative for 1-2 tea.sp./day.
Rhamnus catarica juice fresh presses , for children gives less.
Care use, big dosages causing vomiting, diarrhoea.
Dandelion juice 2-3 tbl.s/day , or tea 1-2 glasses/day. Juice cook of fresh herb chopped and pressed through linen fabric. Tea is 10-15 gr of herb in 1 l. of water boiled, infuse 15 min, filter.
A care use, in a few diseases avoid dandelion, check info!
Apples eat 300-400 gr/day , eating fresh currant, strawberry ,ash berry red, , as sour berries, and drink cold before breakfast berry juices and before sleep.
Stomach ulcers and acute gastric inflammation are fresh berries avoided! And same in high acidity, ulcers!
Stomach spasms.
