Recently in press shared ,that American scientists found, that abundant physical trainings are harmful affecting on your health. A morning exercises you cannot to do, run changes on walk on 3-5 km, big pretension to swimming, that for me this new true wondered. And lots of years are agree, that run is health, that lots of diseases are fighting, modern people need it, and in the USA A worship for healthy life mode from a president to the housewife are run, and now will know, that run wrongly. Lots of runners are in our country having, me too, on 2010 is 40 years begun, when am run, and this big date am not celebrating for table, i will run as on distance. My earTH equator are 40 000 km am run long time ago.Now am shortened a time for runs till 2 days/week, other time using force work, that conditions are allowing. Shovel, rake, saw, axe are my helpers, that using theirs am doing my own physical exercises in air, and not using gyms, on my 72 y.old pulse 52–60 hits.min, that long time not endured of cold, never slept at hospital.
Maybe if I WOULD JUST USE RUN, AM NOT STATING HEALTHY, ITS MONOTONOUS WORK, BUT HARD WORK WITH RUN IT'S A JUST PUSHING TO MOVE. And also results of hard work having and material-family meaning.
