Third variant are proteins,fats, fibres /eggs, vegetables/, and also low carbohydrate berries, and if you will eat on such order, thus a probability a fast and rising level of glucose in blood will be a minimal, so as for this hinders proteins , fats and fibres,which you are eating first, and after add sweet products are berries.
If you want to eat cereals, potatoes, baked meal, but a want to avoid rising sugar,and am I advising using these 5 rules:
1. Carbohydrates quantities from seeds, potato are not rises on 1/4 size a plate, and on ideal still less, and not on an everyday!
2. Remaining are 3/4 are having proteins, fibres, fats of fat fish, eggs,tofu, curd, cheese, over earth vegetables, cabbage, aubergines, tomatoes, olive oil, nuts, seeds, a good emission is red radish, under earth growing, but is low carbohydrate vegetable, also you can to eat carrot, cabbage, beet , are under earth vegetables, roots, are more rich with carbohydrates. Beans are very caring! Protein sources , but very carbohydrates, much having. And save are green peas, lentil, black kidney beans, eat beans on the first half day, but not on an everyday!
If about nuts, take care with pistachios, cashew , are having on 6 times more carbohydrates, than in nut's pecan.
3.Eat more yesterday cooked cereals, baked for,rice, potato boiled,as kept in refrigerator for night, its strange, but in 6-24 hours keeping in cold ,part of starch turning resistance starch,which not splitting on simple sugars,as glucose, and keeping not over digested and using by bowel s bacterias for useful substrate. Repeating warming such meal not decreasing quantity for resistance starch, forming in cooing result.
4. Eat carbohydrate on the last turn and trying masking by other , not carbohydrate products. And on ideal before dessert eat fibres, protein,fat, or something from theirs. As before eating apple or cake on an empty stomach, eat on begin a cucumber and cheese piece, after apple. And instead of cheese, cucumber you can eat any:salad, nuts, seeds, beans, meat, fish, eggs. And its importance to hide carbohydrates in other food. Research showing,that its preventing for splitting starch and glucose till simple sugars,that leading to decreasing quantities of free glucose ,and its very good and benefit, so as less sugar assimilating, that lead to less rising level of glucose in blood.
5.Eat carbohydrates on the first half day and not eat after 15.00 pm, if you will eat later, base own dishes on proteins, fats, and fibres. For DINNER SAY NO FOR MACARONIS , RICE, POTATO, BAKED AND SWEETS!
