 On my 89 y.old am having adenoma prostate, used pills as Omnic and other. Two times offered surgery, am avoided. A last 6 years using Duodart one capsule/day on a morning, doing exercises for small pelvic, analyses  of PSA is normal, less are 3 units, size prostate 55-62 mm.
