Hard to contact find with peoples, which eating usual meal, family, or relatives staying for source pressure or temptation, especially if they are not supporting low carbohydrate meal.

1. Define the own problems! If not ability to run from sweets or fruits on an working table is on the lunchtime or pause, you want cake, ice cream after long working time, and not stop to go with friends for pizza. If you are knowing with which situations you are entered, thus a creation strategy theirs decision, for example if you know, that at home you want to eat all, that what you will see, thus take for habit keep products in refrigerator or on shelf as very far from your eyes, not buy ice cream, or find alternative low carbohydrate ice cream.

And a one from a hard changing life method are avoiding from bad habits, which stayed in you for many times, but it its harder, if habits tied with an other peoples, as popcorn with children's at cinema , or especial dessert or pancakes which you are cooking on weekends. A list for habits to create and models for behaviour, which are not allowing for you to receive goals , maybe theirs are ability changing ,that they will be stayed healthier . As for example, if you are habit to cook pie for all family on evening and Friday , try to cook same pie of low carbohydrate flour, find recipe from internet for an all, or allow for every family member cook an own mini-pie with fillings, which are enjoying. Or if you want to snack on latest evening , thus change chips or ice cream on cheese or meat plate, olives or avocado, nuts also.
3. Find new favourites.
If you are feeling ,that your family members AGAINST healthy meal, that possibly they are worried, that would eat more food, which they are not enjoy, especially children's. Thus, you can find recipes, which will match for an all family. Or create a dish ,which everybody can to collect from different ingredients on an own plate! For example , cook different meat kinds and vegetables on a same time.
5. Put priorities.
And on an end what you are doing with an own body its your decision, and you will live with results of an own decision ,thus take attention ,that why you are decided to change life mode, write and own reasons and fix on a visible place for reminding. Select and useful for healthy life mode, which seems for you right, help you will be the best version for yourself for and own relatives.
