So as carbohydrates splitting in organism on glucose, and insulin resistance means,that our organism is not enough manufacturing insulin or reacts on insulin is a not good, as a how a need for a lowering glucose in blood, thus you need limit carbohydrates and sugars .But, a few food,as brown rice, macarons of whole cereal, potato, oats are benefit, but if in you having insulin resistance, and you must know,that in lots of us she is having, thus these foods will rise glucose level in blood.
Are a few products, which you need to avoid, if you are having insulin resistance:
Chips, rusks, bread, cookies all kinds, but not of almond flour, coconut,flax as keto-flour, rice brown, pasta, all macaronis kinds , and not noodles of glucomanna, couscous, candies, milk, and black chocolate with cacao containing a low on 87 percents, desserts, sweets, but not a halva, zephyr , baked, agave syrups, all kinds , maple, honey, jam, as also which not sugar added, kissels, jelly, fruit juices, at home, sweetener drinks, tonic, sporty drinks, dried breakfasts, child s yogurts, sweet, sporty bars, dried berries or fruits bars, curd snacks sweet, creams curd, raisins, sweeten cranberry, mango or bananas as dried fruits.
All cereal, and pseudo cereal, rice, millet, rye, oats, millet , buckwheat, amaranth are high carbohydrate foods, contains from 16-80 gr of carbohydrates on 100 gr, rare eating for 1-2 times/week, on a first half day on small quantities , or not eat. And a saving most for carbohydrate is buckwheat, and on keto-diet cereals are not eating.
