Am to note ,that a rich energy breakfast as a not simple porridge with jam, pancakes, sweet yogurt, muesli or Nutella. Added sugar is a not always a good energy source as for children, and much sugar also having in fruits, as bananas, grape, dried fruits, juices as of home. Thus, always take care and pay attention to children s weight and height. And not allow for children on 7 y.old to drink a full glass of juice, as you are doing is enough a 1/4 glass, as enough for him 1/2 banana, not a whole, whole banana you are eating, and etc.
And about snacks, thus by common recommendations in children is staying 3 bases meal eating and 2–3 snacks, thus he is not getting an enough nourishing substances. But right researches are not had, that for 6 times/day eating will fill full children s development.
And for example is taking ration in adult, and supposing, that children needing in same quantities for snacks and increasing quantities for grow energy.
And It's importance, that base meal eating are nourishing, as enough protein of meat, fish, eggs, bean, and rich of proteins are benefit animal and vegetable fats, fibres of vegetables, seeds, buts, and these are all what you are needed for him.
And, if a meal rich with carbohydrates as with starch much, macaronis, rice, cereals, porridges, bread, pies, desserts, fruit yogurts, cakes, morse, thus its transforming a common eating meal in snack, thus in hour, a child want again to eat. Thus, from this are displaying in snacks needing ,that rising a fallen glucose level in blood , which faster lowered after a raised high, and abundant insulin manufactured as on the answer on abundant carbohydrates in meal.
In regular eating of these products, in children and in human, a changing reaction threshold on the kind, smell, or meal reminding. As in mind you can think a baby s crying, as falling on floor and mum not want to buy it as sweets, as addiction to sweets is changes children s mind ,that changing a very strong behavioural reactions. And by obesity pandemic in children's, am would avoid from this list are fruits juices, dried fruits, sandwiches and bread, thus for parents reading same advices by institute health development, is no difference are fruits , as more to eat theirs, are better, thus children need to get vitamins! And they are not accounting, that fruits are having different , as in ripe banana are more on 2 times a sugar, than in apple. And , no parent to check a how carbohydrates children eating at home, kindergarten within a day.
Thus, always relate with caution to any official meal s advices, am would receive on 1/2, and in a few cases till 2/3 of info for true, and other try would be maximally adapting to my children, by his life s mode.
