Am trying to explain. Serologic reaction for syphilis finding is called reaction Wasserman s we   are as been manufactures on 1906 y. And happened it, when a found agent  for disease is pale treponema.Since this, this reaction using for diagnosis of syphilis  control  for effectivity his cure and for masses testing donors, workers with food, selling, pregnancy women's.

This reaction based on a serum in blood with syphilis  displaying antibodies, which manufacturing his immune system. As laboratory  finding with antigen cardiolipin  is substance containing at pale treponema. Antibodies  in blood are giving positive Wasserman s reaction ,that meaning you are infected by syphilis. And doctors long time ago found, that this reaction is maybe staying as false positive, that reason for cardiolipin    having not just in pale treponema , but in human s cells.
