Cerebral palsy later displayed from a birth -scull injury as wrong births affected on baby. Today a  meaning ,that hard births is a most often intrauterine damage for embryo, which had on any pregnancy stage of infections, intoxications, or other diseases by mum s endured. And in result embryo is wrong transferring by birth ways ,that  weak or absence inborn mobility reflex -reflex from the head on body, described by a first time neurosurgeries by  Burdenko, head by delaying in birth ways a fetus influencing by mechanical squeezing, thus and displaying a scull-brain injury, oxygen failure, asphyxia.

 But when births are good staying, thus intra uterine disease for fetus and tied with him a brain damage causing abnormalities in baby development and displaying cerebral palsy. A future his destiny is depending on from the timely diagnosis putting, thus a timely cure beginning. By experience regions and special regions for babies with palsy showed, that if dates for cure are passed away, and its importance, systematical doing and long, thus on 3-4 y.old as on hard cases are improving baby s condition, that he's staying  healthy, as visiting kindergarten, school. And  its true bad, that on a first days or weeks ,signs  for palsy are not visible, but later, when they are clear, lots of parents are delaying to doctor s visiting. Human is characteristic from itself are worse assumption, child looks weak, development is delaying, motor skill are delaying, but surrounding are from a kind motivations are   suppressing mum s worry by confidence that is such a growth, that will be older, and take an own, mum is believing and waits, but  a time, when a need to help for baby is irrevocably leaves.
