Am thinking about, that for university entering am needing removing tonsils.
No, it's not true, healthy tonsils playing positive role in organism protection against microbes, if of angina, or other infections tonsils are damaging and tonsillitis having as inflammations process here, thus from barrier they are turning in entering gates for infection. In chronic tonsillitis, having a high absorbing and entering in organism microbes and microbe poisons.And when diseases repeating with anginas, doctors prescribing cure and physiotherapies, sometimes these methods are not enough, tonsils turning in infection nidus and staying reasons for other diseases are rheumatism, kidneys inflammations. Thus, here tonsils are removing.

Yes, she is a having lot of useful substances, as milk sugar, vitamins, mineral salts and protein/albumins, globulins, thus drink her as free, changing are milk, water and cooking for the first dishes, kisels, jellied, kvas.

Kvas. Filter whey through 3 gauze layers, warm , not till boiling, after cooling, filter, after add sugar and yeasts/for 1 l. of liquid add 2 tbl.sp. of sugar and 1/10 part of 100 gr of yeasts stick. Mix, add , keep at room for 15-20 hours, for a better taste add fruit essence, or burned sugar.
Kisel. In filtered whey add sugar as 2 -3 tbl.sp. for 1 l, warm, not boil lead till, add diluted starch as for one l. are 2 tbl.sp. of , mixing, cooking on weak fire for 10-15 min.
