Preparing on June-September, use roots, flowers. Tincture of roots you can buy at pharmacy, tea use of dried flowers by faster drying on 35C , add 1/2 l. of water, , add 2-3 gr of remedy, use in nerve belly aches, on 60-80 gr/day.
