Now is not hurts.

  Half years age am felt left shoulder hurt, am felt just patience and stayed, am not ability to wear  clothes, and nor raised hand up, and not moved back.

 Am enjoying  zoz and on 2011 nr 8 am received , when Nadezda advices in arthrosis of shoulder joint tincture of nettle.  Am read, that nettle thickens blood. Am used different cured, but not helped me, ache felt strong, and on the nighttime am not  slept. And am received a zoz for nr 22, 2012,that by Faina s letter " Shoulder not hurts"  shares ,that used recipe by Nadezda and within 2 weeks felt relieved . Am true interested and tried this cure, but on my yard  stayed first half of November, and on Ural stayed frosts, am found in my garden nettle green and all cooked  by Nadezda s recipe. Am true wondered, and cry  Eurika , in a week am felt better, felt good on nights , slept awesome, on the morning done and kept trained, with a full size of both hands, but tincture enough just on two weeks, and on summer am planning curing a capital as, but on the nights with fasts turns from a side on side hurt feeling. And am saying through zoz for Nadezda a big thank  you for an effective recipe.

 ZOZ: We are repeating recipe against arthrosis of shoulder joijt ,which shared by Nadezda.

Aches in shoulders has been very strong,that am not ability my belt to tie  for my pyjama back. Am though that am need to cure this with tincture of nettle, which am prepared on Ivan Kupala day as on July 7, that on this day all effects of herbs increasing. Nettle to mince meat, pressed juice as   to one to one to one  proportions ,   added honey and spirit. Infused on 17 days, used dessert sp. on the morning and evening, and not often, that nettle thickness blood. Use on 2 months after am found ,that arthrosis of shoulder joint disappeared and osteochondrosis , after stopped  aches am done physical exercises, and belt tied  is not hard.
