For a cooking this taste, simple dish you must use 5 potatoes, 2 carrots, half of root petroselinum, 2 salted cucumbers, 2 onions, 4 tbl.sp. of fromage, and mayonnaise, 2 bay leafs , dill green, butter oil, vegetable oil.
Cut potato in pieces, as other vegetables on circles, individually fry in vegetable oil, put on pan, by layers potatoes , carrot, petroselinum, onion, cucumbers. Mix fromage and mayonnaise, diluting slightly a water, pour over ready products, close lid and stew on weak fire for ten min, after put bay leaf, 2 tbl.sp. bitter oil, sprinkle with chopped dill, and stew 5 min, in serve layers are not mixing.
