As a very benefit at my home is bed of two-tier , thanks for Bubnovsky,which shared,that at home you can find any devices, simulators for a physical training, and importance not lazy!
Am though used my bed for training, asked my son to take bed on 40 years in age, from our attic, thus am connecting rest with my training, which am enjoying doing. Lie, rest, legs, eyes, hands are working. Sometimes am hard worked, again am in bed, legs up and go to work, bending and bending out in the knees, in feet , at the same time or alternately on 1,2, doing bending back to the knees, when legs are together, but better am enjoying when feet are separated in corners. They are ,like in a hole . At old two-tier bed theirs keeping easy, raising up, supporting on jumper, at the modern bed theirs are not having, but you can add, as in this wood bar with corners massaging feets of legs. After one leg staying on support, other supporting with hands and pull on yourself , changing position, its stretching . My grandson advised me doing exercise for press, legs are on the support together, hands are parallels for body, rising pelvis, down. A hard on begin and on 7–10 times, now am doing 20 times.
At the same times doing exercises for eyes, its my sacred, bending and bending out for eyes, eyes are self-walking up and down, to the right-left, wing, look in window as for close and far- on the sky, cloud/my bad staying to the window direction/, under head is pillow.
After exercises for the wrists of hands, press wrists in fist, alternately turn in in one and after in other side with fingers of both hands. Flexing in fingers is still having, and after in elbows bending and bending out, if time is much, turn in music, doing exercises by tact, like am marching under music or am singing.
Son my age will turn on 78 and am not want to walk ,like on half bending legs, thus am training. Health is hard, big work, and here work is pleasure, training till light tiredness, not overloading, periodically down legs, listening for blood inflow by capillaries . Am talking with my organs, legs, and am received one conclusion, squats are good, but they are good loading on my joints , thus am not loading my joints, legs keeping up, bending and bending out. And corner for bending for knee is not straight, but with a big pleasure am doing.
A best rest, very happy, that though this simulator , not expensive, legs are say thank you ! And on the summer am trying walking with naked feet, when my legs are cold ,wear slippers, knitted of rough sheep s wool.Very comfortable tingle , my feet are warmed, am removing slippers.
