On the summer we are moving for 1.5-2 times activity,than in cold time of the year, but a most part of energy manufacturing in muscles, these are true energy stations of our body. Specially for the cold time of the year, doctors manufactured a complex for exercises ,which are doing at home or on the working place,as sitting on chair.
For neck.

Pull hands behind spine and hold with hands for chair s spine and not lean to her, straighten shoulders, around spine and calculate till ten, breath not delay.
Low head, around spine, with hands lean in knees, calculate till ten , after straighten, straight shoulders, repeat are ten times.
