Why my face hurts?

 On my 79 y.old at hospital for me put a diagnosis as left-side prosopalgia, as face hurt, and neck, but anti hurt am using Carbamazepine 200 mg/day, but true keeping hurting, please help me.

Facial ache as prosopalgia  are the diseases staying, which are hard diagnosing, as on the surface skin face are going lots of qualities nerve ends  as from the spine and from the head brain/scull-brain nerves. They are all tied with different organs and systems, which are having in the body side.  Ache is having two kinds , of symmetrical as symmetrically on the both facial sides, and one side, in one place localizing without attaching to the face side. One side facial aches are having neurogenic or vessel origin. As they are all having asymmetric  for face , edema, and stuffy nose, sense lost, taste, worsening vision, tearing, groups of muscles shortening involuntary. If to the facial aches adding burning and hot, and you are feeling nausea or vomiting, vessels pulsation, thus are different types for headaches having as cluster, migraine, but if to prosopalgia  added skin numbness and facial zones and body, thus are destroys for brain blood circulation as stroke, and here calling a doctor or visit neurologist, if diagnosis too approved. And in facial aches visit dentist, neurologist, and attention, you are possible to visit both doctors and a few profile specialists, which are cure adding.  Base cure is Carbamazepine, 0.1 gr for/day, after daily dose slowly increase  with a Dr. Control till 1-2 pills, and in patients, using this remedy for the long time, slowly lowering his effectivity, doctor need to say you and about side effects as lowering memory, sleepiness, dizziness, avoiding prescribing remedy in glaucoma, prostatitis, blood diseases.
